RETENTION OF RECORDS

a) Retainly shall maintain such records of the identity of Investors in hard and soft copies in a manner, as may be specified under applicable laws or regulations, from time to time, and in the absence thereof, from the date of cessation of the transactions between the Investor and Retainly for a period of
     i. Ten years for ordinary transactions and
     ii. Twelve years in case of suspicious transaction
